30-day Return Policy on all non-customizable jewelry and clothing. 15 day Return Policy on customizable jewelry.

Any piece of jewelry on our site that allows you to choose your metal type and diamond quality is considered customizable and falls under our 15 day Return Policy. Items that allow you to choose a diamond weight or ring size only are considered non-customizable and are eligible for returns up to 30 days from the date the item was shipped. Our 15-day return policy on customizable jewelry gives you time to inspect our jewelry thoroughly and insure that every detail is to your liking. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item by calling 877-354-2971 to setup a return.

All items must be returned unworn and undamaged in the original boxes and with all original tags (cannot be removed) and certificates(if applicable). There should be no scratches or marks on the item and no signs of wear; the product should not have been altered in any way. Items received which have been worn, damaged or altered will not be refundable.

We do not accept returns on custom jewelry orders.

Custom jewelry orders are usually handled by phone or appointment with one of our G3 Jewelry Designers. This process results in a piece(s) made to your exact specifications. Because we offer this unique service to you, we are unable to take returns on any of our custom jewelry orders.

All jewelry orders are backed by our 90 day G3 Jewelry warranty.

Our 90 day G3 Jewelry warranty covers the following:

• Broken clasps or connectors on all jewelry,
• Loose or lost stones from diamond jewelry (1),
• Improper fit on ring sizing (2),
• Buttons and accessories on clothing (care instructions must be followed).

Please note that each custom jewelry piece we create is photographed in detail before its sent to our customers. We inspect our jewelry for quality, precision setting and finishing.

(1) If a stone is loose or falls out please take the proper steps to send it to us for servicing (free return shipping will be provided). We will inspect the jewelry for damages in and around the setting. If it is determined that damage to the item caused the stones to be loose or fall out, we will contact you with an estimate to fix and/or replace the stone. Otherwise, G3 Jewelry will fix and/or replace the stone free of charge (up to .10 carats in total weight). Any missing stones .11 carats or higher that are not returned with the item will be charged at our standard loose stone pricing.

(2) If a specific size for has been requested for an item you purchased and it comes to you in a different size, we will replace that item or you free of charge. If your sizing needs change after the order has been place, please be advised that once we have started a custom job, usually 24 hours after the order has been received, we are no longer able to make changes to order.

Order cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of your initial order.

In an effort to expedite your order and provide you with the fastest service possible, we start working on custom orders 24 hours after they have been place. If we receive a request to cancel an order within this time frame, we will honor it and refund you the entire amount of your order. Cancellation request made after 24 hours of the initial order will not be eligible for a refund.
